Well, I've been doing some hard work in college after graduating from university. I'm in my second year of a Baking Management program. I've uploaded a few pictures of cakes and creations from school, as well as a few cakes I've made from home.

I think this is where my art focus is taking me... away from a lot of drawing. Though, I think it's really helped me build a solid foundation in cake art! I still have my sketchbook in arm's reach, but I rarely sketch anything that isn't a cake anymore!

I've been sketching a chocolate "showpiece" for school, which requires us to create a 12 inch maximum height chocolate anything, that has some kind of theme. I'm doing a koala sitting in a tree. My theme is Australia, since I had such a wonderful trip visiting my family and having the time of my life last year. I really wish to go back soon and just relax in the lovely Australian sun.

Anyway, this is where my path is taking me! More and more cakes!
