Well... I'm somewhat happy with how this turned out... it could be better :P but I'd rather not berate myself about it lol I just wanted to finish it. The reference picture is on her website (along with some stellar music :D)

So anyway, Lucia Micarelli is an incredibly talented violinist. She's probably most well known for touring with Josh Groban! I had the pleasure of watching her perform live, and it was... just amazing!

regular printing paper (I need to get better paper!)

replaced the image with a scanned one and just adjusted the image to grayscale, the brightness and contrast... still haven't signed it though lol whoops.

I like the facial expression & the violin blureness.
I think the bow should be more detailed..

thank you! the bluriness was... definitely harder than I thought it would be... hence the quality issue lol ah well :)

yeah, the bow is kinda just a few lines... don't want to make excuses or anything, but the reference picture wasn't all that detailed on the bow. (did you notice it's kind of skewed? it's straight on the page... just when I took a picture of it, it was kinda wrinkly lol)
