This is my first attempt at using chocolate like this... so lol it's only up from here hopefully, more neatly done in the future

This is a 2 layer dark chocolate cake, masked in a mixture of dark chocolate, corn syrup (for shine) and... lots of butter... lol and the chocolate ruffles are pure dark chocolate
